What to Expect From An Initial Consultation Session
After our call, I will send you an email inviting you for a 50-minute consultation. During this session, we’ll have conversation that will support the seeking therapy and your expectations for counselling. You can book your appointment through my online booking system, allowing you to choose a time that works best for you. More details will be shared when I confirm the booking. We’ll also discuss how we can work together and review the ethical framework that ensures a safe counselling relationship. Together, we will decide if we are a good fit.
