What can I expect from the INITIAL CONSULTATION?
In the initial consultation, we’ll discuss what brings you to counselling and what you hope to achieve. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share your story in a safe, non-judgmental space. Happy to discuss more in an introductory call.
How long are the sessions?
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Consistent, regular weekly sessions are highly recommended for effective progress.
Is my information confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is essential in counselling. What you share in our sessions is private and protected and I adhere to strict ethical guidelines to ensure your information remains confidential. We will discuss any exceptions to confidentiality in our initial consultation.
